Technically, the Geo Girl Dolphin shorts from Forever 21 are on my radar and in my closet. I can't wait for weather that allows me to wear only one layer of clothing, that's not too much to ask for right? Anyway, I love the print, the cut of these shorts, the material and the cost (It's under $15.00). It's soft and light-weight which will be essential for the humid ridden New York Summer. That being said, I will be grateful for the cold weather now, because when its week long heat waves I will be praying for cooler weather.
